Ordering & Processing

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday typically ship within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

Unless stated otherwise on the Ocuvana website.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Orders of 1 item: $1.99 flat-rate shipping.

Orders of 2 or more items: FREE shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been packed and a tracking number has been assigned.

This email will contain your carrier tracking number.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your confirmation email.

Tracking numbers may also be available by viewing your order in your Ocuvana account, if you created one during checkout.

Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before checking tracking, as tracking information may not yet be available from the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 4–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Ocuvana LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
